Energy Ministry: Azerbalijan has fulfilled its obligations on oil output cut to OPEC - LiveSquawk
A spokesman for Azerbaijan Energy Ministry crossed the wires, via LiveSquawk, explaining that the country has fulfilled its obligations on oil output cut to OPEC. Earlier in the day, CitiGroup suggested that oil was a great buying opportunity as the market tightens.
